How Do I Yoni Steam?

Yoni Steams are apart of an ancient sacred healing art. Before man made medications, and synthetic chemicals to heal wombs, women used the natural earth elements found near them to clean their wombs and ensure proper nutrients in the womb...THE NATURAL WAY!

It is simply allowing herb-infused steam to rise up into the pelvic region, cleansing the womb and providing supplemental nutrients to the vagina, vulva, labia, clitoris, anus, penis, scrotum & urethra. ⁣⁣

This Yoni Steam includes Calendula, Yarrow, Motherwort, Rosemary, Red Raspberry Leaf, Mugwort, Rose Petals, and Lavender. 

Calendula is an herb that is great for the support of overall womb health, it works to balance the hormones naturally. 

Yarrow is an herb that helps to relax smooth muscle in the intestine and uterus, which can relieve stomach and menstrual cramps.

Motherwort can be helpful with reducing postpartum blood loss, alleviating anxiety and depression symptoms, and decreasing inflammation. It is also known to stimulate uterine blood flow, which is why some women try it for starting their periods! 

Rosemary is great for increasing blood circulation to the reproductive organs.

Red Raspberry Leaf is perhaps one of the most historically venerated herbal uterine tonics. 

Mugwort is said to stimulate the uterus to contract, promoting menstrual flow.

Rose Petals are helpful in order to relax and uplift the spirit, it is an astringent herb that smells delightful, and softens the skin! 

Lavender is known to soothe away anxiety, depression, as well as stress. This is very helpful to heal past sexual traumas or damage to our sexual organs.It is an antimicrobial that overall supports healing, as well as promote a healthy menstrual flow.

Steaming can be done by squatting over the pot of boiling water, or using a steam seat which can be purchased from Amazon!

Please note: individuals should only steam about 10-15 minutes! Also, it is best to always check the steam before sitting over it and be mindful of your body as well as spacial awareness around the steam while steaming! 

SN: IT IS BEST TO SET A POSITIVE AND WARM ENVIRONMENT WHILE DOING YOUR STEAM! I personally like the lights off, with my incense or candles and crystals near me, paired with some relaxing soothing music. If you are into frequencies check out the 432 HZ frequency for even DEEPER healing. 

Additionally, please keep in mind conditions such as fibroids, cysts, endometriosis, BV, and yeast infections can be caused by various spiritual challenges such as stress.
